Dewitt Self, Director Emeritus
In honor of his meritorious service to the 
schools and community of Leeds, Alabama 
from the years of 1957 through 1989, 
as well as his teaching and mentorship of countless students, 
not only in music, but in life, it is with great esteem that 
Dewitt Self is named 
Director Emeritus of the Leeds High School Band 
on this, the Nineteenth day of May, 2016.
